After an endoscopic sleeve
Because the endosleeve is non-invasive and non-surgical, patients can enjoy a swift and stress-free recovery. Patients spend a few hours in the recovery suite before they are discharged the same day*. Aftercare instructions will be provided and include recommendations for a soft food/liquid diet at first. Patients will need to get used to eating less and the fact that overeating may cause discomfort. The endoscopic sleeve procedure should be accompanied by a healthy diet and exercise regimen customized to the patient’s wishes and goals.
