At Obesity Control Center (OCC), we are proud to introduce Lic. Azereth Reyes, known by her patients and colleagues simply as “Andy.”

As a Clinical Nutritionist specialized in bariatric and clinical nutrition, Andy plays a vital role in helping our patients navigate every stage of their transformation — from pre-surgery preparation to long-term post-operative success.

Her warm and approachable personality makes it easy for patients to open up about their challenges and goals. Through personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans, she helps them enhance recovery, promote healing, and build the confidence to sustain healthy habits for life.

Philosophy and Patient Care

For Andy, nutrition is the foundation of transformation. Her philosophy is built on education, empathy, and sustainability, guiding patients to understand their bodies, make informed choices, and embrace a balanced lifestyle beyond surgery.

Within OCC’s multidisciplinary team, she plays a key role in pre-operative optimization and post-operative care, ensuring that every patient receives the right nutritional guidance to support both metabolic and emotional well-being.

Outside the clinical setting, Andy also shares her knowledge through community workshops and wellness talks, helping more people discover the power of healthy, mindful living.
